White-Label Services
bonuz is a Swiss army knife. The Lifestyle Wallet, the Engagement Protocol, DNFTs, quests, loyalty, memberships, vouchers, tickets, certificates, connections, the social graph — it's a comprehensive ecosystem with a lot of features.
Not every brand needs all of them.
White-Label Services let enterprise partners take only the functionalities they need and deploy them under their own brand identity. No bonuz branding. No feature overload. Just the specific engagement tools a brand requires, wrapped in their visual identity, delivered to their audience.
A sports team might need loyalty punchcards and event tickets. A restaurant chain might need vouchers and memberships. A media company might need certificates and gated communities. A retail brand might need quests and a loyalty program. Each gets exactly what they need, nothing more, and it looks and feels like their own product.
How It Works
Select the modules. The brand chooses which bonuz capabilities they want: wallet functionality, specific DNFT types (loyalty, vouchers, memberships, tickets, certificates, PoPs), quests, connections, gating, or any combination. Only the selected modules are included in the deployment.
Custom branding. The entire user-facing experience carries the brand's identity: their logo, their colors, their typography, their language. Users interact with what looks and feels like the brand's own engagement platform. bonuz infrastructure runs underneath, invisible to the end user.
Custom interface. For brands that need it, the dashboard and user-facing experience can be tailored beyond branding. Simplified workflows, custom analytics views, unique UI flows, or specialized features that match the brand's specific operational needs.
Launch and manage. The white-label deployment is managed through a dedicated dashboard. The brand controls their campaigns, users, and engagement data independently. Updates, new modules, and feature additions can be activated as the brand's needs evolve.
The Business Model
White-label deployments are enterprise engagements that start at six-figure project scopes. These are custom implementations for brands with specific requirements, dedicated timelines, and hands-on support from the bonuz team.
The value for the brand: they get battle-tested, audited blockchain engagement infrastructure without building it from scratch. What would take a development team 12-18 months and millions in development costs is available as a configurable deployment on proven rails.
The value for bonuz: white-label partners lock into the bonuz protocol layer. Every deployment runs on the same underlying smart contracts, the same Engagement Protocol, and the same bonuz graph. White-label apps can also be launched through the bonuz App Store, giving them visibility within the broader ecosystem while maintaining their independent brand presence.
Easy to Expand
The most important feature of white-label deployments is that adding new capabilities is simple. A sports team launches with tickets and loyalty. Six months later, they want to add a membership program. Instead of a new development cycle, they activate the membership module on top of their existing deployment. New DNFT type, same infrastructure, same user base, minimal effort.
This is the upgrade path: brands don't commit to everything upfront. They start with what they need today, and turn on additional modules as their engagement strategy evolves. A loyalty program this quarter, a quest campaign next quarter, membership tiers by year-end. Each addition builds on the foundation already in place.
Who It's For
White-label is designed for brands that need one or more of the following:
Dedicated branding. The engagement platform must look and feel entirely like the brand's own product. No third-party branding visible to users.
Simplified experience. bonuz's full feature set is too broad for their use case. They need a focused, streamlined interface with only the relevant tools.
Custom requirements. Unique workflows, specialized analytics, integration with existing systems, or operational needs that go beyond the standard Brand Dashboard.
Scale and exclusivity. The brand serves a large audience (sports teams, retail chains, entertainment venues, hospitality groups, media companies) and needs dedicated infrastructure and support.
Brands that don't need this level of customization can use the standard Brand Dashboard (app.bonuz.market) with full access to all bonuz features at a fraction of the cost. White-label is the premium tier for partners who need their own lane.
How to Apply
White-label capacity is limited. bonuz works with a select number of enterprise partners at a time to ensure dedicated support and quality delivery.
Interested brands can apply through the intake form at https://tally.so/r/7RR9r0 or reach out directly through bonuz.tech. Applications go through a qualification process to ensure alignment on scope, timeline, and mutual fit before an engagement begins.
