This is why bonuz was created.
After getting my hands on Bitcoin's Whitepaper in 2016, I was immediately convinced by blockchain technology and its fundamentals. Back then, I was an entrepreneur, social media influencer, social media strategist, and growth hacker. Hence, I was so impressed that I reconsidered the field I was working in and started deep-diving my journey into the realm of blockchain. It is a journey of exciting highlights, some painful but valuable lessons, amazing people, and constant learning experiences that continue to this day in 2025.
Nowadays, in Web2, Brands and Creators struggle to have genuine interaction, engagement, and personalized communication with their audiences. In addition, they do not own the content they produce, nor do they have control over their audiences. They constantly face identity theft, fake reviews, and many more disadvantages.
My Vision with bonuz is to build a user-friendly Web3 platform that prioritizes everyday people—normies—by offering the world's most intuitive self-custodial wallet. We combine technologies such as digital identity, token gating, and dynamic smart NFTs, while delivering a user-friendly Web2-style experience. These disruptive and transparent tools will enable a paradigm shift in win-win opportunities for Users, Customers, Brands, Creators, and Communities.
As I explained in detail at EthCC, where my talk was published by the official channel and received outstanding feedback for its technical depth and clear vision (watch here: https://www.youtube.com/live/7zL1fwvgG68?si=L1yJYvJxSCub-59X), bonuz is the first consumer-grade onchain product powered by Ethereum smart contracts. It merges seamless onboarding in under 45 seconds via social login—no seed phrases required—with multi-chain support for EVM, Solana, and Bitcoin. Bonuz sponsors users' gas fees for on-chain features related to Bonuz. Easy swaps, fiat on-ramps, pay-cards, and superior dApp integration make bonuz a full-fledged wallet at the core of the ecosystem, without any complexity.
Our bonuz ID acts as an enhanced, free profile aggregator, a social graph—like Linktree but better—for social accounts, websites, bios, and verifiable digital identifiers (ENS, Lens, KYC NFTs, World ID, Government IDs, even the PlayStation Network ID and more). Currently, users enjoy it as a free social graph (Linktree use) for quest validation, rewards, and better community engagement. In Phase 2, this protocol will evolve into a social oracle. We plan to open-source our protocols, applying them as EIPs and ERCs, so that the entire Ethereum ecosystem can utilize and benefit from them.
With mainnet live since October 2024 on base, Hacken 10/10 audit, and backers like Google Cloud, NEAR, Biconomy, DMCC Crypto, Cypher Capital, and Crypto Oasis, bonuz is proven and scaling toward 10M users in 2025. Future bonuz 2026/2027: Transform into a real-world operating system, integrating into AR glasses, GPS, and infinite layers for blended digital-physical experiences.
